friendly staff convenient access short walk
The restaurant staff was very friendly. I liked the convenient access to the pool and sauna. The location was also good. It was just a short walk to the bus station to the city center.
I found limited car parking. I needed to wait for a spot one evening.

the hotel had a nice pub inside, showing the rugby. the reception area looked beautiful upon entering the building. the staff were helpful and cute .

insufficient heating unreliable wi-fi
I encountered a couple of issues . The heating in the room was insufficient and the temperature was quite low despite my attempts to adjust it. I also found the Wi-Fi signal to be unreliable it frequently disconnected , made it difficult to work.

an okay stay with some letdowns
ineffective heating unit disruptive noise
the staff were helpful during check-in.
Our room felt quite cold upon arrival, despite adjusting the heating unit.. it seemed ineffective. the noise levels were also a problem. I heard other guests talking loudly in adjacent rooms and this disrupted my sleep. the bathroom door also didn't close properly, a bit of a nuisance.

wonderful stay!
perfect room fourteen sockets comfortable room
the room was perfect with fourteen sockets placed perfectly. it was warm, comfortable, and quiet. coffee and tea were ready, mugs included which i liked very much.
i arrived around 8pm after a long travel day, i wanted food but nothing was available, not even room service. i was also told i could not order delivery to the hotel. i had to go out in the rain to find food.

my room had a king size bed. it also featured a large work desk and an ergonomic chair. i appreciated the complimentary high-speed internet access. the in-room coffee and tea facilities were useful.
the elevator near my room made a slight humming noise.

Solid Stay Near the Airport
spacious room excellent food friendly staff
I found the room spacious, and I appreciated that it was very clean upon arrival. The Bistro bar had excellent food. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful during my entire visit (they pointed me in the right direction whenever I needed something).
The hotel looks slightly dated, but everything is functional and maintained.

The room included 14 well-placed sockets, very useful. It was also quiet and comfortable. A safe was available for storing valuables. there was ample space for clothes, so it's very practical.
